Meet The Speakers

Md Noordin, Global CISO, Circles.Life

Md Noordin is currently the Global CISO of Circles.Life, responsible for building and maintaining the information security program and transforming the cybersecurity culture in the organization globally.

He is also an adjunct lecturer for cybersecurity with the National University of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a co-founder of a phishing simulation startup.

Samuel Ng, Head Of Cybersecurity, WeLab Bank

Captain (Rtd) Samuel Ng Chen Ying is currently heading the cybersecurity department of WeLab Bank in Hong Kong. Prior to his role in WeLab bank, he held various positions including Lecturer, Red Team & Penetration Tester, and IT Security Auditor. He has also held multiple key roles in the Royal Malaysian Army, and is frequently invited as a speaker on cybersecurity topics by the Armed Forces and universities.

David Wang, Assistant Director, InfoSecurity, SPTel

David Wang has over 10 years of Information Security experience working in public and private sectors and has experience in building and executing Information Security programs. He joined SPTel in 2019 as the Assistant Director of InfoSecurity and is responsible for all Information Security and compliance activities across the company.

Mark Fuentes, Deputy Director of Cyber Operations, Horangi

Mark Fuentes has over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity field highlighted by roles in organizations such as Verizon, The International Monetary Fund, and The United States Department of Homeland Security. Mark is an avid consumer of technology trends and threat intelligence and seeks out new applications of tech and research to combat cyber crime.
